i'm not really sure why either are necessary... why not just talk to your employees about WORK hours precautions
and AFTER WORK precautions? Workers who can agree to strict after work controls for 3-4 weeks, you keep on payroll, you stay in business, and you ADVERTISE (LOOKING FOR WORKERS WILLING TO AGGRESSIVELY PREVENT CV-19).

Guaranteed, most will deal with it, your business keeps running, WIN WIN. The ones that don't? well, they can make their Cobra payments from their check from the govt.
