The math suggests most aren't going to know until they are tested in one way or another. How is one to think, in the current environment, that there's any certainty that an individual may be an asymptomatic carrier?

My point is that it is reasonable to have anyone go in public places with a mask on at this stage until the public is equipped with more information.
