No it defined by mistakes, but those same mistakes ought to give pause
Before, say, making fun of others with DUIs, getting on a moral high horse about anything. Criticizing judges — I don’t know. I mean, sometimes criminals offer valuable and useful criticism if the legal system, corrections facilities, or police practices. The judges here are not acting in the same way as DUI criminal judges, do it’s tempting to conflate but probably not helpful.

You might not lose the right to comment on public matters but when you’re intentionally a public figure, pretty much all is fair as long as the criticism is truthful.
