...my concern with a player like that is it took him 3 seasons to finally break 40% FG and 30% from 3 for a season (he just barely eclipsed both) and playing 3 yrs in the Big Sky against weak competition and his overall box +/- is in the negative.

If he’s coming in for one season only is he only thinking about “getting his” and showcasing his game hoping to get noticed by NBA scouts and strengthening his draft prospects or is he thinking of making a team great, winning a conference tourney and making a run in the NCAA tourney?
