Utah County 2.8% positive rate of those tested. It is fantastic news.
I heard Summit County was 30% positive rate of those tested. That seems unrealistic. Have they only tested about 1000 patients in Summit?
2.8 percent in Utah County leads me to believe there isn't community spread there. If summit is truly 30 percent, then distancing them from the rest of Utah is probably a good move.
