Exactly! I think Gates is doing ivory tower thinking on social issues
He talks and writes as a professor who can propose lofty ideas and not have to actually face the costs and problems of implementing them.
In abstract he is a good listen. But for real issues we are facing right now he seems clueless. A ten week shutdown? How does that work?
