Why call it now?
Would it be administratively difficult to restart? Why not wait and see if restrictions are lifted?

And if the restrictions are lifted, it's an outdoor activity so it's already pretty safe as the disease is significantly less likely to spread outdoors, and if its sunny and hot, then even less so. So I would let them play. With just basic precautions (you could check temperatures, smell, make sanitizers available, maybe even facemasks) risks could be cut to basically nothing. Remember the Jazz and other NBA teams, they were together INSIDE and alot more duration than youth Soccer and they took no precautions, in fact they did the exact opposite of precautions (see the mic incident) and there was still limited transmission.

Plus if its youth soccer and a kid does pass along COVID to another kid it's almost certainly not going to do them any harm, most likely no symptoms at all. If parents are worried about spread to an elderly family from there kid, then they choose to not let them play.
