Sorry, I’m not looking for news reports or CB posts

I’m looking for a decently sized, prospective study where a medication showed any benefit to ICU typed patients with COVID19. I’m not even asking for a double blinded study. Do you have a link to this? I’m guessing no.

I am not looking for poorly sourced news articles of self important docs (lol at Dr Smith from the Smith Institute) that don’t meet the minimal standards I posted above.
