In the US, the first reported infected individual visited a physician on January 19th, and the case was reported on the 20th. India reported its first case on January 30th, Brazil on February 25th, and in Mexico arrival appears to have been mid-late February. Obviously there are many factors that influence how quickly the virus is transmitted, but I would guess the peak for each of these countries is a couple of weeks out. The numbers from these countries will probably be telling for how the pandemic is managed in coming months.
