I love most of those movies, but they don't really fit the criteria for the
Disney renaissance (except for Mulan), which is mostly talking about the animation films the studio created and released during that time period.

Most of those films are live action and don't fit into the Disney Animation discussion. Mulan does, but it was also released in 1998 toward the tail end of the decade after Disney had found its feet a little bit. Pixar films were not produced by Disney in the 1990s (although like Muppet Christmas Carol, see above, they were distributed by Disney), so Toy Story doesn't really fit.
