Nope. An ophthalmologist would be completely unhelpful in this situation and would actually be in the way of the
intensivists and internal medicine hospitalists.
Even if the ophthalmologist did an internal medicine intern year.... You'd still have to watch them like a hawk and they'd probably have no idea how to use the computer system.
