Science test: Five states did not issue lockdown orders
After 3+ weeks there ought to be good data showing those states with worse rates of infection spread. Is this true?

The 5 states are Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska and Arkansas.

Compare them to other rural states, like Montana or Kansas. Did states without lockdowns fare worse?

The answer is no. Kansas, which has lockdowns, has actually done worse than Nebraska and similar to Iowa.
