being reported that he is, but it’s not true. Utah coaches have been told to say he is on scholarship, even though he isn’t. He has been promised a scholarship the following year if he hits strength and weight goals. Almost the exact same goals BYU coaches had asked of him the last 2 years. What’s fascinating to me is that if U coaches are willing to lie about something so stupid as this, you have to wonder what they wouldn’t do ethically to get ahead.

I’m hoping by making this public that Utah will have to actually offer him the last scholly they have for this Fall.
