They've actually restructured contracts for doctors who would be getting nothing

Due to the risk based nature of many contracts, if doctors don't see patients they don't get paid (much). IHC recently restructured those deals so that doctors get paid a modest decrease of their standard pay, and aren't left with nothing due to the current circumstances.
