Most of the issues people have are due to the consumer-downgrade that Netgear did to try and segment between consumer and small business functionality. I've been a huge fan of my Orbi Pro, there's been a couple of times that firmware problems caused me some headaches, but they were usually resolved within a day or two. The manageability and mesh functionality, especially for segmented home WiFi make the Orbi Pro my fave by far for simple-to-manage stuff.
