It’s super hit and miss. Look for long sleeves and try them on.
It is surprising my hard to find a good fitting tee, even without then hassle that most good ones come with slightly too short of sleeves for garments.

yeah I mostly wear collared shirts every day for work until I get home and throw on a grubby t-shirt. I have like 2
