I was working with a clinic for vertebral axial decompression. They and also
had chiropractic services. They offered acupuncture through the chiropractor. They seemed pretty competent.
If its worth the money to try it out, I'd do it. Also maybe go to a good chiropractor quack to help you with stretches, posture, and exercises that may relieve some of the symptoms.
