I did a quick reddit search on this topic, and some Costco employees shared stories of the most outrageous returns
Costco basically has an unlimited return policy (other than 90 days for electronics). One person said a lady had a fish frozen in her freezer for over 10 years and returned it for a full refund. Some people have no shame.
