I put an alert on my credit reports and notified the WA employment department. Filed the claim with local police and the ITC. Keeping a file on everything I’ve done and when it was done.

There was a fraudulent WA unemployment claim made with my ssn. The claim was made listing my old employer. They notified me of the claim as well. The only thing I haven’t done is to notify my current employer. Not sure if I need to do that or not.
