I have seen numerous people on here saying it’s time for him to go. I think his track record is pretty good. I have issues with Kalani. But other than that he has an almost perfect track record.

Hired bronco and rose both very good hires at least in my opinion.
Hired pope which is looking like a good hire.
Our Olympic sports have done great during his tenure.

The big black mark seems to be kalani and more so than hiring kalani is giving him an extension. I know football drives the athletic world but I think overall he has fairly decent track record. My hope is that the extension they gave kalani had a low buy out number and Tom did that to excite the players and give kalani one more year to right the ship.
