Mac's issues I think are mere efficiency issues — that can be corrected through solid discipline by coaches, & by buying into a strong role & system.

Coach Rose often was not the best disciplinarian; particularly in his last years. And neither is coach Ewing. On the other hand, Pope seems to be elite in this regard.
