Yes, daughter in Paraguay used it. Got it at a missionary store in bountiful.
Expect to overpay but worth it. We got 3 bottles, used 2 for all her stuff and sent her with an additional bottle.
Daughter still got Dungue but was told it was extremely bad this year.
