Some of my favorites I've played the last few years:
Tokaido: you play as travelers on the road from Kyoto to Edo (Tokyo). The point of the game is to have the best time along the way. You earn points for doing fun things like painting pictures, going to hot springs, and eating the best food. Super fun, chill game.

Dragonwood: Really fun, simple card/dice game. The players are adventurers capturing beast in the dragonwood. You collect cards that allow you to play certain number of dice to capture monsters. The more dice you have, the more likely you can capture the beast. The beasts give you points and whoever has the most points at the end wins. Great for young kids, our oldest could easily play it when he was 6.

Betrayal at House on the Hill: It's an old one but really fun. You play as people exploring a haunted mansion. The mansion is composed of room tiles, so every time you play the layout of the house is different. Eventually, a "haunting" will occur. Usually one character will become the "villain" and all the other characters will have to work together to beat him/her. The scenario is different each time you play. Very fun for replayability.

Sushi-go Party: Everyone is eating at a sushi-restaurant. You want to have the best meal. Different cards and combination of cards net you points. Fun, simple game that has tons of variation in the rules, so lots of replayability.

Fury of Dracula: One player plays as Dracula, the others as vampire hunters. The hunters have to find and kill Dracula as they all travel on a map of Europe. Been a while since I've played this one, but I remember really liking it.
