When I was young we had 2 Bouvier des Flanders dogs (1 male, I female). The male was HUGE and one time I took him for a walk at the local park on a leash. Some idiot had two Pinchers with him un-leashed. They attacked my dog. I let him loose to defend himself. He tore massive holes in the Pinchers. Their owner yelled at me saying he was going to sue my family for damage to his dogs. I'm thinking you are the person who decided not to put your aggressive dogs on a leash!
WikipediaThe Bouvier des Flandres is a herding dog breed originating in Flanders, Belgium. They were originally used for general farm work including cattle droving, sheep herding, and cart pulling, and nowadays as guard dogs and police dogs, as well as being kept as pets. The French name of the breed means, literally, "Cow Herder of Flanders", referring to the Flemish origin of the breed. Other names for the breed are Toucheur de Boeuf (cattle driver), Vlaamse Koehond (Flemish cow dog), and Vuilbaard (dirty beard).
