It’s the constitution. Educate yourself.
Last time I woke up I was in America. I don’t have to wear a mask and you can’t make me. Stupid Costco.
But BYU is a religious institution so the first amendment basically says they can require masks - because of religions freedom.
It is like a church and state kind of thing to say, you know?
