but for something like this it just doesn’t make the cut because the vast majority of people simply don’t care about it. In fact they don’t even know about it.

There’s no reason for anyone to get outraged over that statement because it’s true, it’s a simple fact, very few people care despite the fact that the accomplishments in that sphere are top notch.

It would be the equivalent of putting some accomplished senator on Mount Rushmore, not gonna happen no matter how much the dude got done in the senate. It just isn’t gonna resonate with enough people for a monument to be built.

Those sorts of things are reserved for the ones that accomplish the most at the highest level in a sphere that the vast majority of people are aware of and care about.
