So I’m clearly not the only person that’s noticed a dip in quality here. I still like Mo Bettah’s and eat there occasionally but it’s definitely hit and miss. Sometimes it’s really good, sometimes it’s pretty meh

Last time I had Bam Bam's brisket, it was half fat (not the fatty brisket). Their sides have always been lacking.
