It's interesting because in my experience Twitter is much more of a wild west
experience than a place like Reddit, which ironically has the more toxic reputation. And I think it's because of the lack of moderation on Twitter. Reddit is heavily moderated by tons of mods who volunteer for free to mod each individual subreddit, whereas Twitter has much less moderation, due to the fact that they have to pay for that sort of thing. Just today I saw several tweets doxxing various individuals (phone numbers, real names, employer, etc..) and calling for them to lose their jobs on Twitter and these tweets were a day+ old and it blew me away that they were still up.
