There's also a small labral tear not sure if that's from a life of pitching overhand or something new. This is my first rehab job since my early 20s (now 45) and this is terrible. Working like crazy at it as I'd like to at least play catch with my two boys (ages 3 and 6).
Anyway I'm selling just some extra bumper plates and steel plates and a nice bar that I listed at what I thought was a fair price (even a little high) and they're selling for a fortune - like more than new. I've got a bidding war going on. It's amazing how government actions can make some winners out of this coronavirus mess. I bought a bunch of weights as I was getting ready to start a gym then during spring training the bursitis flared.
Crazy. I imagine it's just California and if you can go to the gym somewhere prices aren't as high.
