You can produce enough white noise and business in most offices to drown it out. You could get a water feature for the lobby to drown it out. You could look into indow windows if it was too bad.

I lived in a home where they built a busy highway 50 yards off my back porch. Whet I’d say is that maybe an office could work there. I wouldn’t buy a home there.
