I had a few rancher clients whose only choice was Sattelite. It’s not bad for
Basic browsing, emailing, etc. Downloading large files, any sort of streaming , not good.
Have you checked if there are cellular based ISPs in the area? They are a much better option.

I’d imagine WiFi calling would be awful due to the high latency.
