I would get a board and bindings separate. The ones that come in packages will be your cheaper more entry level stuff. The board doesn't make a huge difference. The bindings do. I would get closed toe bindings if possible but they will be a little more.

I would stick with Ronix, Liquid Force, or Hyperlite but that's my personal preference. Any brand on this site will be good.
