Did any of you go the forebearance route through the CARES Act? If so, what are you hearing re options to resolve the forebearance? It’s sounding pretty clear that banks can’t/won’t come after the full amount of the missed payments in a lump sum at the end of the forebearance window (as per CARES stipulations, at least for govt backed loans ie FHA and VA).

Any ideas yet on what options will be made available? Things seem pretty unclear at this point.
