7 years ago, we did mostly grass, brought in topsoil, did grading, edged with stamped concrete, bushes and trees along the outside edge of the lot and next to the house, grass everywhere else. Did a small (about 150 sq ft) fire pit area with pavers, an in ground tramp, and a sprinkling system. The cost was $38k.
