I ate at the creamery in Beaver yesterday on the way back from Bryce Canyon.
Their ice cream is amazing. It's probably some of the best ice cream I've ever had in my life. Very thick, creamy and delicious. I highly recommend stopping by there if you're in that area. Good place to stop on your way to or from St. George.

I didn't think they made their own ice cream there. I thought I remembered they just used Russell's brand ice cream
