I signed up for that program for my iPad Pro, my iPhone and my Apple Watch. It’s supposed to provide 24/7 customer support, yet ever since early March, they’ve reduced their telephone support hours considerably. One might say that it’s understandable due to the pandemic and riots. But the customer support staff are now working alone from their homes. Why can’t they keep the same hours while working at home? I’m still paying the normal subscription rates. Besides that, they have shut down their stores nationwide, even though we have had zero protests or violence in San Diego. I miss Steve Jobs!
