I am a 20 year Healthcare IT professional that got laid off a few weeks ago. I've had three interviews with this company, (including the CIO) and now I have an online video meeting with HR, probably to discuss salary and relocation.

Should I wear a suit and tie? They don't make me uncomfortable as a general rule, but I don't know if that is considered "weird", or make me look desperate. We will probably talk about if they will let me telecommute, or if they want us to move. We aren't against moving, but there is a higher cost of living in the new place.

Anyway, any thoughts on wearing a suit, or is a black polo ok?
