I'm surprised any company is actually signing such a letter. A signed letter saying that a completely unpredictable global pandemic isn't going to have an impact? I'm planning to refinance soon, so hopefully I can get something worked out.

I haven't experienced this, but I am a lender. This is the new reality. Banks are freaked out and requiring assurances
