He does his job excellently, I think — in making a story of any & every team that flirts with excellence.

There's no real solid reason right now — to think we can make that kinda story for ourselves this season. And that fact will make Joe's pom-poms shake all the more for us if we do somehow find a way to make it happen in another 6, 7, 8 months from now.

Like we did last season.

No worries. Joe will be there if & when it happens. If he were forcing the story now for us, he'd just be diminishing the power of what could be down the road.
