Fun practice for all levels. Start with stations for kids to work on individual skills in small groups. If you put in some time to prepare (ie don’t go out there and wing it) you can have a really fun time. I used to write out practices for my sons team in 10-15 min increments and would follow the schedule I made with a little flexibility for things that needed a littlw more time
