I think 80K is a very good recruiter. He always seems to exceed expectations
with one or two recruits every recruiting class. That points to him being a significantly above-average recruiter.
The problems happen once the players show up and start playing with him and having to share a practice court and locker room with him. At that point they seem to exit in droves.

Yeah, but the buyout goes down each year. Eventually it'll be low enough to be within reason. Gotta keep it high.
