Players can reach out, coaches can't.

It becomes sticky though because you can guarantee the NCAA will be investigating. Caleb Lohner is an amazing player with a very high ceiling, but he's not worth NCAA sanctions, and Mark Pope knows that. I'm confident he and his staff followed the rules, but I can see where Utah fans and coaches would be upset. Kids have changes of heart for many reasons.
