Your company should report it on your W-2.
If you receive a car allowance of $1000 it’s already reported. If the company purchased your car or pays for other expenses, then there are IRS publications that layout how they are supposed to include it as income

Chances are slim to none that you would ever get audited. But technically I guess you could add the dollar amount you receive to your taxable income based on honesty. My guess is that $1000 a month is already there.
