She makes mini personal meatloafs with cheddar cheese and onion and a tangy barbecue sauce over the top and bakes in the oven. Truly delicious.

Sounds amazing! I love the meatloaf at R&R because it is smoked and wrapped in bacon, but this sounds even better.
