So true, if just stated by itself as the OP did.

I can tell you a home is $526/sf and another one that is $51/sf, but without telling you that the first is a $6,500,000 12,351 sf home above the Capitol and the second is a $54,000 1,056 sf trailer home in Magna, the $/sf is really meaningless by itself.
