(Navajo loop was closed). Then went to inspiration point and from there my older child hiked with me along the rim to Bruce point. After that We did missy cave/waterfall- Not worth it if you only have a half day

Sunset to Sunrise or vice versa. Takes 2 hours with little kids.

Go to the main overlooks along the way. Sunrise has Navajo loop down into the canyon you can do in an hour or two.

Eat dinner at The Pines just west of park entrance on main hwy. Sadly, Ruby's Inn restaurant is pretty horrible. Pines
