I've heard Dude's Steakhouse in Sidney Nebraska is good

I haven't tried it yet - Sidney is where we often stop for the night when we travel through Nebraska. But I'm usually there late at night.

It was recommended by a friend who lives in Sterling Colorado.

Yep. I’ve driven I-80 from Ogden to Lincoln many times. Lots of nothing along the way.
