The best part of fishing for gators is fighting them once u have them hooked. They are a blast. Caught a 10 footer one time and pulled him all the way to the bank (didn’t know what I was going to do with him) and then he just casually opened his mouth, let go of the rapalla and swam off like no big deal. More like catching a log than anything else. The smaller ones are really fun cause they fight.
