Cutco and salad master are not good
What style knives do you prefer? Japanese? German? Carbon steel? Stainless?
I personally use Tojiro and Yoshihiro but I have been looking into picking up a Masamoto KS Gyuto or an HHH AEB L 240mm chef knife.
