That stuff on top was pretty dang long/high. I will admit he had enough shaved real estate on the sides, even w the "unkinked" length descending from the top, maybe it still doesn't get over his ears.

Regardless, it was certainly of extreme length/style — which is just what BYU's honor code is in place to mitigate against.

*And I'm in no way an advocate of BYU grooming standards. I've had my issues w the HC over the years, but on grooming I've been more or less neutral. I certainly wouldn't mind if they dropped the grooming standards entirely — nor would I care much if they kept them just as they are. Nor would I mind if BYU makes exceptions for some of it students that have icon status as entertainers--like maybe they're beginning to do.*
